Welcome to the house rules of Blue Canary Sales! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, training portals, and coaching services. By accessing our site or buying our courses, you are agreeing to follow these rules.

1. Account Creation & Security

To access certain courses, you might need to create a student account.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, up-to-date information when signing up.

  • No Account Sharing: Your login credentials belong entirely to you. You are responsible for keeping your password secret, and you may not share your account or course access with unauthorized users outside your company or agreement. If your team needs access, hit us up about group licenses!

2. Intellectual Property (Our Hard Work)

Everything we build—including our video training modules, text scripts, downloadable PDF worksheets, course choreography, graphics, logos, and website design—is owned entirely by Blue Canary Sales and is protected by copyright laws.

  • When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to watch, learn, and use the material for your own professional growth.

  • You cannot copy, record, redistribute, resell, or pitch our frameworks as your own training products to others.

    3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    At Blue Canary Sales, we are fully committed to giving you the strategy, tools, and training you need to drastically improve your sales pipeline. Because we offer a mix of instant digital access and intensive live coaching, our refund terms depend on what type of product or service you purchase:

    • Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses: Our online courses, downloadable sales scripts, templates, and video masterclasses give you instant access to our proprietary intellectual property the moment you buy them. Because digital assets cannot be "returned" once they are opened or downloaded, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital product purchases.

    • Live Coaching, Consulting & Workshops: Fees paid for completed coaching sessions, executed consulting hours, or live group workshops are strictly non-refundable. If you need to move a 1-on-1 coaching session, you must give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will result in that session being forfeited without a refund or credit.

    • Subscriptions & Memberships: If you are part of a recurring monthly subscription program, you can cancel your membership at any time through your user dashboard or by emailing us. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, and we do not offer prorated or partial refunds for the remaining days of the month.

    4. Payment Plans & Billing

  • Fees: You agree to pay the listed price for any courses, memberships, or consulting programs you purchase.

  • Payment Cycles: If you are on a monthly payment plan or split installment structure, you authorize us to automatically bill your card on file on the scheduled dates.

  • Late Payments: If an installment fails to process, we reserve the right to temporarily pause your access to the training portal until your balance is brought current.

5. User Conduct & Community Rules

If you are participating in live coaching calls, community groups, or forums hosted by Blue Canary Sales, you agree to keep things professional. We have zero tolerance for spamming other members, hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any user from our platforms who violates these standards, without a refund.

6. Termination of Access

We hope you stick around forever! However, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account or terminate your access to our courses if you violate these Terms, steal our content, or fail to complete your payment obligations.

7. Governing Law

Any legal disputes or arguments relating to Blue Canary Sales, this website, or our contracts will be handled under the laws of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
